Active Project Spotlight
Poinciana Lakes Plaza, located in Poinciana, Florida on the corner of Marigold and Cypress Parkway, right next to Florida Poinciana Hospital.
At just under 34 acres, this power center is a mixed-use development and is a collaboration between Cuhaci Peterson and our friends at Kimley-Horn and MEC General Contractors. The project consists of two primary phases (A/B) and six out parcels. Phases A/B each hold a primary building combination consisting of a grocery seat, a fitness seat, six junior boxes and 12 combination retail, office and restaurant spaces. All permits have been granted for primary phases one and two and for one of the outparcels that Cuhaci Peterson is responsible for.
Cuhaci Peterson is completing the exterior, parking, signage and tenant improvement for Crunch Fitness, Winn-Dixie, T.J. Maxx, Ulta, Five Below, Burlington, Petco and three other tenants. Water and power have been installed and this phase will be opening in summer 2024. Our team is completing site surveys to inspect square footage and interior work in the months leading up to the grand opening of this phase. The next portion of Poinciana Lakes is getting framed to go vertical in March 2024, and will include Ross, Encore Nails, Papa Johns, Crave BBQ and two other tenants.
