Hoshizaki’s main products include commercial ice machines, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and beer dispensers, as well as a variety of other commercial kitchen equipment. Their commercial kitchen equipment has gained a leading domestic share, and their popular ice machines have the highest market share worldwide.

The firm also contributes to food preservation and sanitation in a wide range of applications, from restaurants, supermarkets and offices to agriculture and fisheries. The distribution center spans 21,000-square-feet of warehouse area and 4,000-square-feet of office space. This opportunity was surfaced via a local developer, specializing in industrial parks, who provided a lead for a request for proposal (RFP). Cuhaci Peterson was able to win this project and delivered the project on time, receiving positive feedback from company ownership.
