Cuhaci Peterson worked with Marriott to design a dual brand seven story, 280 room hotel project focused on unique features and community experience while preserving the brand’s philosophy and identity. Both buildings contribute to sustainability, not only throughout the construction process by being LEED Gold certified, but with continued eco-conscious choices in the operation and management of the hotel. The Element is a stylish and elegant hotel designed to address the customer need states of extended-stay guests providing all the comforts of home just steps away from Sea World, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. Guest amenities include a fully equipped kitchen and access to an outdoor pool and fitness center, so guests can eat healthy and maintain their fitness routines even while they are on the road.
Aloft and Element Hotels, both subsidiaries of Marriott, were designed to be different, using technology and open spaces to enhance the design.
