Project Key Facts
Winn-Dixie was Cuhaci Peterson's very first customer in 1978 with a remodel project in a shopping center known as Turkey Lake Village in Orlando.
One relationship we are proud of is with our friends at Winn-Dixie, a grocer who serves communities throughout five southeastern states Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi.
Our co-founder himself, Lonnie Peterson, led the project and Cuhaci Peterson was not only able to secure the architecture remodel work, but also positioned itself for future remodel work with a goal of doing new stores for Winn-Dixie. Cuhaci Peterson hit its goal and was given opportunities to provide new prototype designs and remains a customer to this day.
Cuhaci Peterson has performed a wide variety of services for Winn-Dixie including but not limited to: Architectural design, construction administration, construction documents, design development, fixture plan design, pre-design, permitting services, schematic design, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection engineering.
