Active Project Spotlight
Poinciana Lakes Plaza, located in Poinciana, Florida, sits on the corner of Marigold and Cypress Parkway, right next to Florida Poinciana Hospital.
At just under 34 acres, this power center is a mixed-use development, a collaboration between Cuhaci Peterson and our partners at Kimley-Horn and MEC General Contractors. The project consists of two primary phases (A/B) and six out parcels.
Cuhaci Peterson completed the exterior, parking, signage and tenant improvement for Crunch Fitness, T.J. Maxx, ULTA, Five Below, Burlington, Petco, America’s Best and Rack Room Shoes in Phase A, which was completed in April 2024. Phase B will see openings in stages and is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market and Ross Dress for Less. The center earned a 2025 CoStar Impact Award for commercial development of the year for Orlando, as judged by real estate professionals familiar with the market.
