Cuhaci Peterson worked with Star Development, LLC, to open Star Tower Condominiums in the center of downtown Orlando near Lake Eola. This luxurious high-rise residential project enhances the urban environment with its sleek architecture, upscale amenities and panoramic views of the city’s skyline. Located at 260 S Osceola Ave, it is surrounded by local restaurants, entertainment, business centers, shops and parks.

It was designed to have a modern look, with a façade comprised of glass and upscale amenities.

The building offers an array of amenities, including a rooftop sky lounge on the 18th floor with an infinity edge pool and jacuzzi, a 24-hour fitness center and an expansive community clubroom. Complete with 100 units, Star Tower Condos offers a range of residential options, including spacious one-bedroom units, elegant two-bedroom units, large penthouses and two-story units. These condos range in size from 1,150 square feet to 3,600 square feet. Each residence is designed with attention to detail, featuring open-concept layouts, high-end appliances, modern finishes, and large windows that maximize natural light and provide views of the city.

Cuhaci Peterson provided architectural services and construction administration to this 350,000 square foot project.

Located in the heart of Sanford, Florida, Gateway at Riverwalk is a six-story condominium complex first opened in 2007 and later remodeled.

This mixed-use development sits on the edge of Lake Monroe, by the St. John’s River. It was designed to transform the urban landscape, offering a dynamic destination that integrates commercial, residential, and recreational spaces.

The building offers contemporary apartments with granite countertops in each unit and balconies overlooking the water. Gateway at Riverwalk’s design aimed to enhance its riverfront location with a promenade, outdoor seating and a pathway around the complex. The complex has 72 residential units with one, two, and three bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,231 to 3,269 square feet. Amenities include an upscale club room, a sundeck by the water, and a fitness center. The nine unit retail space is approximately 13,200 square feet, providing residents easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants and other local businesses.

Cuhaci Peterson partnered with Suncor Investments, Inc. to provide design services, 3D renderings, permitting and architectural services.

Located near Florida’s Space Coast, Rockledge Flats is a multifamily living community designed to be modern, sustainable and vibrant.

The objective of this project was to offer a diverse range of housing options while prioritizing sustainable design practices and fostering a sense of community by designing communal spaces for residents. It features four multi-story buildings with a 5,000 square foot clubhouse, fitness center, conference rooms and an onsite dog park. In the center of the complex, there is an oversized pool with an outdoor kitchen, pergolas, lounge seating and a poolside firepit. It is positioned almost directly across from numerous local businesses, and a short drive from job centers on the Space Coast, attracting residents to the community.

The ten-acre site holds residential buildings housing 247 units with a variety of floor plans from studio to three-bedroom. Inside, the residential units have contemporary architecture and design, utilizing sustainable materials that blend aesthetics with functionality. They feature stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, ample storage and abundant natural light. Cutting-edge technology is integrated into the development, allowing for smart home features, efficient energy management, and enhanced security systems.
