Eric S. Harris brings more than 30 years of experience to his role as principal, sharing his extensive background in retail, grocery and restaurant programs, financial project controls, client management and office operational management to lead the firm’s Phoenix office as well as the company’s retail and mixed-use studios. Prior to joining CP, Eric served as studio director and project manager on notable rollout programs for Fortune 500 companies.
His industry knowledge also includes grocery, high end restaurant, custom one-off international retail, full beginning to end project management, design coordination, mall conversion, ground up, contract negotiations, project forecasting and construction administration.
Eric earned an associate’s degree in computer aided drafting technology from ITT Technical Institute.
