Joshua Inman serves as Chief Operating Officer where he focuses on operational efficiency. He will be accountable for all production operations, including evaluating and updating business procedures to align with the firm’s strategic future. In his previous role, Inman served as Director of Operations and was responsible for all company operations, including reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business procedures, as well as implementing policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
He began his career at CP as an intern in 2003 and has held numerous roles in the firm, including project architect and project manager for the firm’s restaurant and food service programs. A registered architect, Joshua graduated from Ball State University with bachelor’s degrees in architecture and environmental design, and also earned his MBA from the University of Florida. He is a member of the executive committee for Tour de Cure, which benefits the American Diabetes Association.
